    EXERCISES
    1) March on the Spot
    2) Step Jacks
    3) Leg Curls
    4) Attain & Twist
    5) Squats
    6) Lunge Step Again
    7) Standing Crunches
    8) Cross Punches
    9) Low Impression Burpees

    Interval: 40secs Exercise 20sec Relaxation – 9 Intervals
    Sequence: Repeat 2 units.
    Complete Exercise Time: 20 minutes

    To progress:
    – Repeat a complete of three – 4 rounds.
    – Improve the exercise time to 50 secs and scale back the remainder time to 10 secs.
    – You’ll be able to select to elevate a pair of sunshine dumbbells.
