    Hey guys, I’m tremendous excited to share with you this body weight fast and efficient chest routine workout routines you could carry out it at residence or anyplace you go with none health club gear in any respect. So No Tools want it for this exercise. This will provide you with chest development and symmetry.

    Be sure to execute each motion appropriately and DO NOT GIVE UP.

    Workout routines:

    1. 3 x Diamond push up
    2. 3 x Lateral push up
    3. 3 x Prowler push up
    4. 3 x Archer push up
    5. 3 x Decline push ups
    6. 3 x Explosive detrimental push up

    BREAK TIME between the workout routines it’s 20sec and attempt to full the entire circuit 3-4 rounds.
