    ✨THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute FULL BODY Power Exercise with Dumbbells✨

    ► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-heavy set of dumbbells. I am utilizing 15-20 lb dumbbells.

    ►INSTRUCTIONS:
    It seems to be like this:
    ✔️ 3 Full Physique Circuits (4 workout routines per circuit)
    ✔️ Timed Intervals (40 seconds work, 20 seconds relaxation)
    ✔️ Repeat Every Circuit x2 Units

    ►Exercise Define:
    1️⃣ CIRCUIT ONE: Again + Lateral Lunge + Squat
    Higher Physique: 3 Approach Again Row
    Decrease Physique: Lateral Lunge + Slender Squat (R/L)
    Full Physique: Lateral Squat + Single Arm Row
    Core: Dumbbell Pullover + Leg Decrease

    2️⃣ CIRCUIT TWO: Biceps and Shoulders + Lunges
    Higher Physique: Bicep Curl + Reverse Press
    Decrease Physique: Cut up Lunge (R/L)
    Full Physique: Alternating Entrance Lunge + Single Arm Curl Press
    Core: Plank + Dumbbell Move

    3️⃣ CIRCUIT THREE: Chest and Triceps + Deadlifts and Squats

    Decrease Physique: Staggered Deadlift + Squat
