    🚴‍♀‍ If you’re doing this indoor biking exercise on a stationary bike or train bike and can’t go into the standing positions (2nd and third) and would love an added problem throughout these, TRY THIS:
    2nd place: improve your pace! Attempt wherever between 5-15 RPMs.
    third place: improve your resistance right here however attempt to hold the identical cadence.
