    15 MIN: Single KETTLEBELL Exercise (FULL BODY)!


    FAT burning Kettlebell exercise! every motion is for 30 seconds with a 15 second relaxation. One spherical has 9 workout routines in, as soon as the 9 are completed you get 2 minutes relaxation between every spherical. 2 rounds to finish for the complete 15 minute exercise.

    For those who wrestle or want a break: don’t be concerned about it. Take a small relaxation, get one thing to drink & proceed when you’re prepared 🙂 most necessary is that you do not give up and push your self.
